“Wedding Town”
TAG LINE: A romantic comedy about a town that wouldn't give up, a man who wouldn't give in and... unlikely matrimony.
THEMES: Marriage, weddings, wedding dresses, relationships, small town versus big city, fish out of water...
SYNOPSIS: "Wedding Town” is the romantic, uplifting story of a sleepy New England town that, against all the odds, makes itself over into a popular wedding destination. In doing so, the locals find their own lives transformed in wonderful and exciting ways.
While other small towns in Western Massachusetts have embraced their newfound position as sought-after wedding destinations, Father Langham has kept a tight grip on who’s allowed to tie the knot in his sleepy town and the struggling local business owners are none too pleased. All that changes when Michael, his live-at-home son, becomes the town’s Justice of the Peace and opens the floodgates to couples of every variety. The arrival of Sarah, beautiful young woman, and the timely opening of her wedding boutique raise the hopes of the town’s emerging cottage industry and transforms both the community and Michael. But when the locals are faced with pulling off the “Wedding of the Century” they will learn if they have what it takes to truly put themselves on the map as "Wedding Town”.
